The Sixsmiths is a comedy/drama about an ordinary family of Satanists who have fallen on hard times.


The Sixsmiths webcomic is published weekly at www.thesixsmiths.com, to be followed by a graphic novel later in the year. The webcomic features short stories about the situations and characters portrayed in book, which is constituted of longer story arcs. Some of the webstrips will appear in the graphic novel.


The Sixsmiths is the work of J. Marc Schmidt (script, art) and Jason Franks (script, lettering, site). Schmidt is the author of the graphic novels EGG STORY and EATING STEVE, available now from Slave Labor Graphics, as well as the non-fiction book SECRETS OF POPULAR CULTURE.


Franks is an author of short fiction and the publisher of the small press comics imprint Blackglass Press.
